This morning’s card reminds me of a dream I had when I was recovering from postnatal depression after the birth of my second child. I was attending group therapy sessions and was astounded to find out that one other lady in the group had had the same dream that week.
I remember being in the water and being able to breathe without a problem. I was surrounded by dolphins who playfully nudged me to dance with them. And when I did, a feeling of utter bliss came over me. I’m glad I can still remember the joy this dream brought 15 years down the line…
Thoughts about the connection between creativity, spirituality and physical healing have moved the boundaries of my comfort zone this week. Maybe one day, I’ll be dancing with dolphins again – a fitting metaphor for the joyful artistry and passion of the Maiden of Water (Knight of Cups).
