Continuing the train of thought from yesterday’s post about Camael, I want to further distinguish Camael from Chamuel in terms of chakra correspondences:

Camael = Root and Solar Plexus (red and gold)
Chamuel = Heart Chakra (pink)

Out of the New Age Angel Healing Teachers, I believe Angela McGerr got it right about Camael… Or rather, she did for me. I suppose it could be argued that there is no right or wrong; Each of us have to find what resonates and leave the rest.

Earlier this morning, I found a PDF that resonated, full of information about Camael as the angel of justice, forgiveness and empowerment, based on Angela McGerr’s teachings. Click HERE to open.

My theory is that Camael was hidden away by the church in pretty much the same way the colour red was declared ‘sinful.’ Camael’s ability to empower people, make them independent and give them courage simply didn’t suit the church’s agenda.

Intentional dissimulation and obfuscation of the truth resulted in the confusion we see today. Do I have proof? Not really. Do you need to believe this because I do? Certainly not. But do check and see if it resonates. And call on Camael to empower you to trust your own gut ;)

    Lisa, so rich here! thanks so much for introducing more Angels to us. Before I only knew Michael, Rafael and Gabriel, but now I feel even happier at a cellular level, to understand a bit more about the unknown :) thanks for doing what you do.

    I’d never heard of Camael before, but what you say about the church obfuscating an angel connected to personal empowerment certainly makes sense to me. Glad to see you digging through some of the lesser known angels in this way :)

    Thanks Chloe. Glad you enjoy getting to know the less famous angels. As a Tarotist you might be interested in exploring the connection to the cards as well. Any card connected to the Planet Mars (including the Aries cards), falls under the influence of Camael :)
