This is a mini distance healing session that I have been guided by my Angels to make freely available.
Here’s how it works:
Light a (scented) white, yellow or green candle. Feel free to use any essential oil or incense that matches the vibration of heart healing. Rose and Sandalwood are both excellent.
Press play on the Heart Chakra Healing Frequencies video below and scroll down to the image of the aventurine further down. I have charged the image with healing energy. All you have to do is touch the green Archangel Raphael aventurine button with your non-dominant hand (as if pressing a button). If you prefer not to touch the screen, you may hold your palm an inch over the button.
Use your breath to relax and draw the healing energy into your heart.
Place your dominant hand over your heart or hold a crystal for charging in this hand. You can do both if you wish: First spend some time receiving heart-healing and then charge a crystal that you carry with you. Spend as long as you like in this healing space. 20 seconds or 5 minutes… You will know when you are done because you will sense the shift when your heart chakra is cleared.
Don’t forget to thank the Angels of Healing when you are done!

How beautiful
I have done so much healing with sound and crystals and had amazing results. I like to use heart chakra aromatherapy oils as well, such as rose and neroli and ylang ylang. I found at times simply massaging a blend of these around my chest and upper back when doing healing work soothed my soul and opened my heart.Thank you for sharing such love. I have shared on xx
You’re very welcome
Rose is amazing and blends very well with ylang-ylang which feels more of a magenta (higher heart) compared to the gentle pink of the rose… or at least, those are the colour assoociations I get with roses xx
